TIH Announcement
We are approaching a crucial time in the short history of the Trust with a need to get back on track with the original main purpose: To establish a long-term business partnership between a strong supporters’ organisation and a forward looking club that materialises in full community status.
A Trust Development Plan is in the draft stage and its implementation has been put on hold until a number of actions agreed by Supporters Direct and in-post Chairman Ian Stephenson have been completed. These include confirmation of formal lines of communication with SD through the Chairman, taking legal advice on recent events on the delivery of our future constitution, completion of a report to the FSA (Financial Services Authority) and the continuation of a proper democratic process under Trust Rules to achieve a fully quorate Board. There will shortly be an announcement on that process.
Board Meeting & Steering Group Meeting Minutes
This is therefore an appropriate time to demonstrate that the Trust has always wanted to embrace a policy of openness and transparency and to show how various actions were arrived at, the Minutes of the Steering Group Meetings 2010-2011 and the Full Board 2011 are now being made available on our website.

Executive Review
*The Chairman Ian Stephenson produced a copyrighted report (with a nominally estimated value of £2,000) for the Trust and this was used as the basis of the presentation to the Club Board (an example of openly sharing information). Included in the Review was a Memorandum of Understanding with two features: A system for recording the time spent by volunteers doing work for the club; a proposal for acquiring 5% of the shares each year and over 5 years. The documents were for further discussion and negotiation. A summary of that Review is also now available on our website.
Development Plan
Many of you will have seen a recently e-mailed Postal Ballot – it is also on our website – where, under the heading ‘Development Potential’, there was a hint of the main thrust of the Plan – to finalise a scheme that with a host of sponsors results in the emergence of a credible squad building programme. This currently is the Plan’s main theme, but further suggestions from members would be welcomed.
